Leslie has been playing with Mother Tesla since 2014 and will guide you through a deeply meditative journey, helping to realign your energy centers and release stagnant energy. Gong Sound Healing
The Gong Session Experience
​
During a gong sound healing session, clients can expect the following:

Arriving you’ll be greeted in a calming, serene space designed for relaxation. Soft lighting and tranquil décor create an inviting atmosphere conducive to healing.

Participants are encouraged to lie down and get cozy on mats or cushions, with their head towards the gong for the vibrations to work through the body and release throught the feet, being fully supported and relaxed. Many choose to close their eyes and focus on their breath, preparing to receive the healing vibrations.

As everyone settles and are led into a relaxed and calm state, the practitioner begins to play the gong, producing a rich tapestry of sounds and frequencies. The vibrations resonate through the room and into your body, creating a soundscape that promotes deep relaxation. The session typically lasts between 45 minutes to an hour.

As the sounds envelop you, you may notice sensations within your body—such as tingling, warmth, or a sense of fullness—as the vibrations stimulate energy flow and release tension. Each session is unique; you may experience a range of emotions, from joy and peace to moments of introspection.

After the gong playing concludes, the session will typically end with a gentle period of silence. Clients are encouraged to take this time to process their experience, slowly returning to a state of awareness.

Following the session, your practitioner may invite you to share your experience. This discussion can enhance your understanding of the healing process and provide insights on how to continue your journey toward wellness.

What to Expect:

At Quantum Foot Zoning office location we supply the mats, blankets, pillows, and eyemasks. Participants lie with their heads to the gong and Sarah moves around the room working on individuals and the group.

As you arrive, you’ll be welcomed with warmth and compassion. Feel free to wear comfortable clothing. Mats, pillows, blankets and eyemasks are provided. We’ll begin the session with a brief guided meditation to help ground your energy and set intentions, creating a supportive atmosphere.

During the healing phase, you’ll lie back and soak in the symphony of sounds while Reiki energy flows around you, creating a safe space for transformation.

Afterward, we invite you to share your experiences and reflections with fellow participants, fostering a sense of community and connection. Sarah is happy to share any insights and information she may receive during the sesson if participants are interested.
